A: SpiceWorld is an annual conference where IT pros of all stripes — from the server room to the board room — meet up to learn from one another, share best practices, and exchange stories from the trenches.
As SpiceWorld enters its 19th year, we continue to focus on practical learning and on building the IT community (online and in-person) by forming real connections that last long beyond the event.
We strive to bring IT pros together to discuss what works in real-world environments, trade hard-earned knowledge, and bond with peers who can relate to your day-to-day challenges. Workshops inform, keynotes inspire, peer-led sessions are grounded in practical experience, and vendors are approachable, sympathetic, and focused on solving real problems.
The conversations don’t stop when sessions end. Happy hours and the epic after-party make it easy to keep the IT conversations flowing and strengthen friendships. In other words, SpiceWorld feels less like a traditional conference and more like a supportive IT community gathering where attendees are free to be themselves amongst others who truly understand them.
A: We’re thrilled to announce that SpiceWorld 2026 will be held in person on November 12-13 at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, Texas.
A: Just like in past years, the pricing for our in-person event will start low and increase as we get closer to the big day.
The good news: We’re giving you more time to book your ticket at our current price of $299. It’s still an incredible deal compared to the rest of the IT event industry, so we hope you book soon to get the best pricing.
Refund policy: We’ll miss you if you can’t make it. Full refunds are available through September 12, 2026, minus a $5 processing fee.

A: Registration includes complete access to two days of SpiceWorld, including:
- Dozens of IT breakout sessions led by tech experts
- Access to the expo featuring some of the most innovative tech brands around
- SpiceWorld parties (Welcome Shindig and the SpiceWorld Party)
- Meals and snacks
- Workshops and hotel registration
A: For those who can’t attend live or may want to relive the fun and excitement, several sessions will be recorded for post-conference viewing. We’ll provide more details as we approach SpiceWorld 2026.
A: To ensure that all who bought tickets have a seat, only registered SpiceWorld attendees may attend general and breakout sessions. However, we offer a Guest Party pass for $125, so your +1 can accompany you to evening parties and gatherings. The more, the spicier!
You can purchase a Guest Party pass during registration or add it later by modifying your registration.
A: We’ve partnered with the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center (where SpiceWorld is being held) to offer a special rate for attendees. Rooms are $299 per night plus tax (17%). Click here to book
